Returns and Exchanges

Return Eligibility

Full priced items are eligible for a store credit if returned within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and returned with all original packaging and tags attached. 

Sale and Final Sale items are not eligible for return, unless the items arrive damaged.

Submit your request through the Return Request Form. Once processed, store credit will be issued to your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we advise using a trackable service, as we are not liable for lost returns.

 

Exchanges

Full priced items are eligible for an exchange if returned within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and returned with all original packaging and tags attached. 

Sale and Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange, unless the items arrive damaged.

Submit your request through the Return Request Form. Please specify the new size of the item you wish to receive. Once processed and the original items are received we will ship the exchange items.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund (including original shipping fees). Please submit a return request via our Return Request Form, including your order number and photos of the damage. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we’ll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
