We want you to love your Rhyme piece. As many of our garments are individually made, please read our returns policy carefully before ordering.
Bespoke & Custom-Made Pieces
Garments made to your individual specifications, personalised, customised or altered specifically for you are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.
We encourage you to contact us before ordering if you have any questions about sizing, measurements or customisation.
Returns & Exchanges
Where an item is eligible for return or exchange, please submit a request within 14 days of receipt through our Return Request Form.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with all Rhyme tags attached
- Returned in their original packaging
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any onward shipping costs for an exchange, except where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Returns must be sent using a secure, trackable service. The item remains the customer's responsibility until it has been received by Rhyme.
Exceptional Returns
Where we agree, at our discretion, to accept an item that would ordinarily be non-returnable, a handling and restocking charge may apply. Any applicable charge will be confirmed before the return is authorised.
This does not apply where you are exercising your statutory consumer rights.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible through our Return Request Form, including your order number and clear photographs of the item.
Once assessed, we will arrange the appropriate repair, replacement or refund. You will not be charged return or replacement shipping for an item confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrect.
